Geothermal

Geothermal Heating and Cooling is one of the latest advances in HVAC technology (also refered to as a Ground Source Heat Pump). A geothermal heat pump works by transferring heat between your house and the ground outside your home. This process is more efficient than a traditional heat pump because the ground has a nearly constant temperature of about 60 degrees year round (depending on latitude). In addition to being more cost effective to operate, Geothermal Heat Pumps are highly reliable. The inside components of the system typically last for 25+ years while the outside components have a lifespan of more than 50 years! The long life span and high efficiency make geothermal heat pumps a very green product.
