As the seasons change it is important to have your hvac system tuned up. tune ups and monthly filter checks extend the life of your system and save money on your electric bill.

We are pleased to offer to our customers an annual service contract. The contract will provide you a unique approach to maintaining the proper efficiency level and comfort in your home on an annual basis. This includes a spring and fall precision tune-up and professional cleaning of your heating and air conditioning equipment. We also check and replace filters as needed.

As a “Preferred Customer,” you will receive priority service over non-plan holders in normal and emergency situations. This contract will also provide to you a 10% discount on any other repairs throughout the year should they occur. This discount applies to labor rates (including after-hours rates) and repair parts. All repair parts and workmanship on work covered by the plan are warranted for one year from the date of service. 

This plan is fully transferable to your new home (in the local area, with the same number of units) or the subsequent owners of the current home, in the event you sell the home under which this agreement was originally written.

You can take advantage of this by signing up for an annual service agreement for $180.00 + tax  for your first unit per year for your system. To get signed up, just fill out the attached agreement and send back to us by email or regular mail. Once we get the agreement back, we will call and set up a time to come out and complete your first service!
